Q. How do you bill for your services?

A. Our billing is based on a hourly rate. However, we will also work with a budget established together with the client. We welcome discussion of cost and scope of work both before and following the completion of any engineering work.

Q. Who are your clients?

A. Our clients include, but are not limited to, insurance companies, legal firms, independent adjusters, vehicle rental companies and national trucking firms.

Q. How long does it take from start to completion?

A. Each case is different, depending on its complexity. Generally, our report will be completed in 2-3 weeks from the time that all necessary information and documents are in our possession.

Q. What types of vehicles do you investigate?

A. We investigate passenger cars, trucks, tractor-trailers, bicycles, motorcycles, buses, snowmobiles, ATV’s, streetcars and agricultural equipment.

Q. What about litigation support?

A. Since 1976 we assisted our clients in litigation and acted as expert wit nesses in all levels of courts, in criminal, civil and mediation cases.
